Build your own panel.
Tick the tests you are actually considering. The running total is the indicative standalone Singapore price, and the bar underneath shows how that spend splits across the four evidence grades — the breakdown a bundled package never prints on the invoice. Grades follow the same fixed rubric as every other page here.
Nothing selected yet — tick a test below to start a panel.
Strong evidence 11 of 48
Outcome data from randomised trials or large prospective cohorts, plus a guideline that actually recommends the test.
| Add to panel | Typical cost (SGD) | Category | Full review |
|---|---|---|---|
| S$20–40 Subsidised for eligible Singaporeans 40+ under Healthier SG Screening (S$0–5 per visit incl. consult). | Blood Panels | Evidence → | |
| S$40–70 (add-on to lipid panel) | Blood Panels | Evidence → | |
| S$15–25. Diabetes screening is subsidised for eligible Singaporeans 40+ under Healthier SG Screening, which uses a fasting glucose test (S$0–5 per visit incl. consult). | Blood Panels | Evidence → | |
| S$15–25. Not part of Healthier SG Screening, which subsidises glucose, lipid, blood pressure and BMI checks only. | Blood Panels | Evidence → | |
| S$10–20. Not part of Healthier SG Screening, which subsidises glucose, lipid, blood pressure and BMI checks only. | Blood Panels | Evidence → | |
| S$15–30 | Blood Panels | Evidence → | |
| S$20–45 (HBsAg alone; a full hepatitis panel costs more) | Blood Panels | Evidence → | |
| S$25–60 | Blood Panels | Evidence → | |
| S$300–550 | Scans & Imaging | Evidence → | |
| S$10–30 standalone; subsidised for eligible citizens and PRs under Singapore's national Screen for Life programme | Cancer & Disease Screening | Evidence → | |
| S$100–250 standalone; subsidised for eligible women under Singapore's Screen for Life programme | Cancer & Disease Screening | Evidence → |
Moderate evidence 16 of 48
Consistent association with hard outcomes, but thinner evidence that acting on the result changes them. Reasonable in the right patient, hard to justify as a blanket screen.

| S$0–40 (usually included; a home dynamometer costs less than most single blood tests) | Emerging & Overhyped | Evidence → |
Weak evidence 18 of 48
Either the association is inconsistent, or it holds but no intervention has been shown to improve outcomes by treating the number.

Emerging evidence 3 of 48
Biologically interesting, commercially available, and not yet validated against hard outcomes. Buy it as an experiment, not a clinical decision.

How the arithmetic works. Each test contributes the range printed on its own card — the standalone private-sector price, not the price inside a package. Where a card quotes two figures, the panel uses the standalone one. The grade split is calculated at the midpoint of each range, because a range cannot be split into percentages without picking a point in it; the total above is shown as the full range it actually is.
None of this is a recommendation to buy or skip anything. A weak grade is a statement about the published evidence for screening an asymptomatic adult — several weak-graded tests are entirely appropriate when there is a specific clinical reason to order them. Read the full disclaimer.
