Four questions

Is your screening worth keeping?

Four questions, no email address. The answers map to one of the three testing tiers on the Protocols page, with the reasoning written out.

This is a starting point, not medical advice. It applies this site’s published rubric to your answers. Your own doctor knows the things a four-question form never will. Read the disclaimer.
1. Which decade are you in?
2. Any of these apply to you? Tick all that fit.
3. Do you have symptoms you're actively investigating (fatigue, chest pain, joint issues, weight change)?
4. What are you currently paying for?

How this works. The answers map onto the same tier logic as the Protocols page: Basic is guideline-backed screening that suits almost everyone; Intermediate adds risk-stratification tests based on your actual risk factors; Advanced is selective imaging that mostly starts mattering in your forties. Nothing here invents a recommendation — it routes you to the reasoning that already exists on this site.
